Third Year Varsity Warhawk

Arman has played baseball in Vienna since he was 5 years-old. He was an All-star every year and starred for the Indians in the Vienna Little League. As a 12 year-old, Arman was a key leader and star for the All-star team that won the State Championship and finished third in the Southeast United States, just behind the World Champions from Florida. Arman played up for the 14 U Mustangs when he was 13 serving as the clean-up hitter and a key pitcher for the team that finished sixth in the AAU National Championship Tournament in Orlando. He lead the 15U Mustangs to come back and win the CABA 15U Consolation Bracket after Pool Play at the World Series and was named All-Tournament. Arman was a key player for the Vienna Mustangs as they finished in 3rd place of the Summer High School Tourney in Louisville, KY after his freshman year and played with the Mustangs in the CABA 18U World Series in Miami last summer. Arman has won two varsity football letters also.

Arman made the Warhawks varsity as a freshman. He hit a home run in the Spring Break Tournament in Charleston, SC as a freshman and was a member of the 2004 Liberty District Championship team. Arman was the starting first baseman as a sophomore and was enjoying a good season prior to an injury that limited the second half of the season for him. He will return to first base and the middle of the line-up as the 2006 Warhawks look to return to Championship form. Arman's brothers Aryan and Kevan  starred on past Warhawks teams.

Arman's Baseball History

Arman's thoughts on the Season: "Our talent and work ethic could go a long way in proving people wrong this year."

Coach Gjormand on Arman: "Arman  has worked very hard this winter as he prepares for what should be a tremendous spring. Arman returns for his junior year after a pulled hamstring cut short his sophomore campaign. He will once again anchor first base, where he brings a good feel for the bag and a very strong bat to the middle of our lineup."
