Arman has played baseball in Vienna since he was 5 years old. He was an all-star every year and starred for the Indians in the Vienna Little League. As a 12 year-old, Arman was a key leader and star for the All-star team that won the State Championship and finished third in the Southeast United States, just behind the World Champions from Florida. Arman played up for the 14 Year-old Mustangs when he was 13 serving as the clean-up hitter and a key pitcher for the team that finished sixth in the AAU National Championship Tournament in Orlando. He played for the 15 year old Mustangs last summer and then for the NVFBL Senators this fall while also playing for the undefeated freshman football team.

Arman is an excellent hitter and pitcher who joins the varsity Warhawks as a freshman. Like his two brothers Aryan and Kevan who starred on recent Warhawks teams, Arman is a focused player with excellent character and leadership skills. He will help the Warhawks for several years.

Arman's  thoughts on the Season: "We are going to keep the tradition alive!"

Coach Gjormand on Arman: "Arman is the third and youngest of the Moniri boys that I have had the honor of coaching. He is a freshman who brings great talent and a great resume to the Warhawks baseball program. What impresses me most about Arman is his maturity on the field, but more importantly, in the class room and the community. This kid has great leadership skills for a young player. Like his two older brothers, Arman is a great student. On the field he does not 'swing it' like a freshman. He has great hands and very good power. He will help us early on with his bat as he gets comfortable with varsity pitching. As Arman gets used to the speed of the game at this level, he could also see time at first base and has a very bright future on the mound."
