At Madison Eric was a starter for the Warhawks JV team as a freshman infielder.  He made the Varsity as a sophomore and is moving to the outfield this season. Eric is a good athlete and base runner and will help the Warhawks in many ways in 2003. Eric also plays football for Madison.

Eric's thoughts on the Season: "There has been no change other than those who have left.  Madison Baseball has a tradition and this team will continue the tradition that was started a long-time ago."

Coach Gjormand on Eric: "Eric is a sophomore who brings a great deal of athletic ability to the ball field.  He is working extremely hard to improve his skills for the game and as he grasps the mental part and gets comfortable with varsity game speed, I expect Eric to be a key contributor to this team's success."
